Branding Lab Co Refund Policy (Digital Services Only)
At Branding Lab Co, we provide creative, digital, and marketing services. Because of the nature of these services, all sales are final once work has been delivered.
No Refunds After Delivery

Refunds are not provided once deliverables (such as designs, photos, videos, campaigns, or digital assets) have been submitted to the client.

Dissatisfaction based on creative preference does not constitute grounds for a refund, as services are completed according to the agreed scope.
Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revisions or adjustments, as outlined in the service description.

Requests outside of the included scope may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations

A project may be canceled before work begins, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Once work has started, the project is considered active and is no longer eligible for a refund.
